Melodie Smith, President
Melodie is the President and has been a Producer with the Lindenwood Agency since 1996. Melodie has been an insurance agent since 1984. With over 30 years experience in the industry, she is well acquainted with aiding clients with all of their insurance needs. While in the industry she has been in a multitude of different roles. From a customer service representative to a supervisor for a large direct writer, Melodie has truly done it all within the insurance industry. Currently, she is a member of the St Charles Chamber of Commerce and currently resides in St Peters, and attended Antelope Valley Junior College, In Lancaster, California. Melodie is married with two children and two grandchildren. Her interests are Reading, ATV Riding, Traveling and her Family.

Ryan Mica, Vice President
Ryan is the Vice President of the Lindenwood Agency. A third-generation insurance producer, Ryan has insurance flowing through his veins. Born and raised in the St. Charles area, Ryan attended Duchesne High School and then went on to the University of Missouri-Columbia where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Ryan returned home after college and started a sales position with a marketing firm. After a few years, he joined the Lindenwood Agency as a customer service representative and worked his way up the ladder. In his free time, Ryan likes to spend time with his new wife, and watch his favorite sports teams. Go Cards!
Ted Cornett, Producer
Ted joined the Lindenwood Agency in 1999 and has been a member of the St. Charles County community since 1968. A native of Denver, Colorado, Ted settled in Flint Hill after obtaining a Masters degree in Psychology and started his career as a guidance counselor in the Fort Zumwalt School District. In 1970, Ted started his own insurance agency, which he ran for over 20 years. In 1999, Ted decided to come on board at the Lindenwood Agency and has been happily employed here ever since. With 45 years in the business, Ted is an absolute insurance expert. In his free time, Ted enjoys spending time with his family, which consists of 22 grandchildren.
Grant Glosier, Producer
Grant joined the Lindenwood Agency in 2016 after 6 years of managing a local excavation company. Born and raised in St. Charles, Grant has deep roots in the local area. Grant attended St. Charles West High School and then went on to the University of Missouri-St. Louis. Every day he brings to work an eager attitude and a relentless work ethic. In his free time Grant enjoys the outdoors, hunting, camping, playing/watching sports, and spending time with his family and friends.
Sandy Null, Producer
Sandy joined the Lindenwood Agency staff in 2014 as a customer service representative. Although she is new to our agency, she is hardly new to the industry. With 20 years of insurance experience working for a massive direct writer, Sandy has extensive insurance knowledge. Throughout these years Sandy has developed a clear and concise understanding of the insurance industry encompassing auto, fire, life and health. I truly enjoy being able to help customers, as well as the excitement of having to constantly stay updated on the ever-changing industry. In her free time, Sandy really enjoys hanging out with her family and friends.
DeeDee Schade, Producer
DeeDee is a Broker/Producer at the Lindenwood Agency. She is a second-generation insurance producer that was married to a third-generation producer. She helped build her ex husband's agency for 20 years as a CSR/Producer. Born and raised in the West County area by a father that sold Life Insurance. It is safe to say that the insurance language has become second nature to her. She attended Holy Infant, then Parkway West High School. DeeDee Studied at Maryville and Fontbonne University where she minored in Education, and majored in Business Administration. After several years of working with different agents, she decided to become part of the team at the Lindenwood Agency as a Broker/Producer. In her free time DeeDee has a passion for the gym, roller blading, paddleboarding, anything outside, but her favorite down time is spent with her son Zach.
Scott Wisdom, Customer Service Representative
Scott is an Account Manager at the Lindenwood Agency. Scott is new to the insurance business having spent the previous 18 years in the mortgage industry. He was born and raised in St. Louis and currently lives in the St. Peters area. Scott went to Hazelwood East Sr High School and then earned his Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication from Lindenwood University. In his free time, Scott loves to spend time with his wife and kids enjoying everything St. Louis has to offer...the Zoo, Grant's Farm, Six Flags and any of the many wonderful parks in the area.
Cathy Chisholm, Customer Service Representative
Cathy joined the Lindenwood Agency staff in 2015. Although Cathy is new to the Insurance Industry, she brings with her over 30 years of management and customer service experience She loves a good challenge and has a "can do" attitude. She moved to Mo from Ca 10 years ago and enjoys living here. She has 2 kids still in California, The oldest is a Chief Petty Officer in the USN and the youngest is an officer with the Ca. Highway Patrol.
Matthew Glozeir, Customer Service Representative
Matthew joined the Lindenwood Agency in 2023. He attended Southeast Missouri State University and graduated in 2017. Matthew started his career in insurance with State Farm and later moved to DAS Insurance brokerage before joining our team and he is eager to continue learning the industry. He and his wife, Mindy, enjoy traveling and trying new restaurants and recipes any chance they get as they are both avid foodies. In Matthew’s free time, he enjoys attending all St. Louis sporting events, going to concerts, and playing disc golf.
